Role: Store Ambassador

Hourly Rate: $18 + tips +  monthly bonus opportunities

Hours per Week:   Full Time (including nights and weekends)

Supervisor:            Director of HR & Culture

Job Purpose:

Store Ambassadors lead the health and culture of the store by setting the example. It is their utmost responsibility to set and maintain the energetic atmosphere of the store and experience. The Store Ambassador handles all communication with the staff and ensures that the leadership team is aware of any communication from the team. Hello Sugar, is a house party and the  Store Ambassador is a vital part of the party planning committee. They are key in setting the standard regarding guest service and in store excitement.

Responsibilities:

•      Director of Party with a Purpose

•      Champion/Cheerleader for Shift ambassadors  & Party Hosts

•      Lead by example and coach Shift ambassadors & Party Hosts on:

• Providing exceptional guest experiences

• Speed and accuracy in completing orders

• Cleanliness standards

•      Coach & develop Shift ambassador leadership skills

•      Hold team members, and self, accountable to Hello Sugar, standards

•      Make informed decisions to control food and labor costs

•      Bank run/deposits twice a week

•      Scheduling in When I Work

Qualifications:

•      Age requirement: 18 years +/ 21+ preferred

•      4-5 years food service industry experience (fast food/coffee/bakery preferred)

•      3+ years of management experience in fast casual, coffee or bakery industry

•      Open availability

•      Strong work ethic
