SHIFT LEADER

(Full-Time/Part-Time)

Role: Shift Leader

Hourly Rate:  $15.74 + plus tips (Average $19.50 with tips) + monthly bonus opportunities

Supervisor: Store Ambassador

Job Purpose: The Shift Leader is fundamentally responsible for the leadership of Party Hosts and store operations while on shift.

Responsibilities:

•      Head of Party with a Purpose

•      Work hard and fast and hold others accountable to the same

•      Anticipate the needs of the store

•      Open and/or close the store

•      Lead by example and coach Party Hosts on:

o  Providing exceptional guest experiences

o   Speed and accuracy in completing orders

o   Cleanliness standards

•      Hold team members, and self, accountable to Hello Sugar, standards

•      Make informed decisions to control labor costs

Qualifications:

•      Age requirement: 18 years +

•      Previous experience in food service industry, fast food preferred

•      Strong work ethic

•      FUN!!!!

•      Minimum of 5 days availability

•      Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week

•      Strong integrity and ability to self-direct

•      Receptive to feedback

•      Reliable transportation

•      Ability to efficiently execute directions

•      Detailed oriented

•      Adaptable/flexible
